- Mentor and grow teams - coach engineers and technical leads, model hands-on leadership, and help recruit exceptional talent as the company scales.

Requirements
- 7+ years experience in software engineering and system architecture, ideally in AI, data, or intelligent systems.
- Proven ability to **code, design, and deliver** production systems, not just manage them.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to executives, clients, and partners.
- A track record of **hands-on innovation**, experimentation, and learning in emerging technology domains.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, or human-in-the-loop architectures.
