Responsibilities
You acquire projects in the services area 'hazardous building materials and deconstruction'
Planning and oversight of remediation and deconstruction projects
Preparation of deconstruction certificates and inspection of construction products
Managing ongoing sales activities across the regions
New customer acquisition as well as support and development of existing customers
Using trade shows and conferences to build networks
Marketing of developed services and identification of opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Preparation of sales plans and reports
Analysis of market and customer developments to refine our sales strategy and portfolio
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Geology (m/f/d) or another natural or engineering science degree with relevant professional experience
Experience in the industry or in sales is an advantage — motivated career starters are also welcome
Strong sales affinity and technical expertise
Business-minded approach and commercial awareness
Excellent communication skills and social competence for building new networks and maintaining customer relationships
Enthusiasm for team collaboration
Organizational skills, self-management and a hands-on mentality
Very good presentation skills and IT proficiency
Proficient German skills for social and professional use (at least C1 level in spoken and written German)
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and a valid Category B driving licence
