About the role
- Leads and conducts varied geology projects for contaminated sites and groundwater at WESSLING. Engages with clients and manages project outcomes in Bochum.
Responsibilities
- Lead and carry out varied projects within the Geology department (contaminated sites, geotechnics, soil and groundwater) at the Bochum location
- Support and advise existing and new clients
- Regular review of project and client development within your area
- Responsibility for revenue and project results
- Regular coordination with department management to define sales activities
Requirements
- Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Professional experience in the relevant field is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach and goal-oriented working, with a strong awareness of results and costs
- Confident interaction with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative, commitment, reliability and the ability to self-manage
- Good IT skills
- German language skills: at least C2 level (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel locally and a valid driving licence (Class B)
