About the role
- Graphic Designer for an innovative E-Commerce company enhancing digital visual presence. Collaborating on branding and UX design in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design web graphics for the entire digital presence (online shop, website, newsletter, social media).
- Create promotional and campaign banners (e.g., sales, product launches, seasonal campaigns).
- Design social media content (paid and organic) in the brand's look and feel.
- Develop newsletter layouts and creative headers.
- Optional: Produce short videos or animated snippets for ads and social media.
- Support UX optimization of landing pages (layout, visual hierarchy, conversion elements).
- Ensure a consistent visual language and brand aesthetic across all channels.
- Use modern design tools & AI technologies (e.g., Canva, Adobe CC, Figma, MidJourney, Gemini).
Requirements
- Degree or completed training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in digital graphic design / e-commerce design.
- Excellent knowledge of Canva Pro.
- Initial experience in UX/UI design for landing pages and conversion-optimized web design.
- Creativity, a sense for trends, modern design and brand aesthetics.
- Independent, structured working style with a high standard of quality.
- Team player eager to collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative Strategy and Performance teams.
- Basic understanding of the equestrian sector (horses).
- Optional: Knowledge of motion design / video editing for short social media formats.
