Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of insurance solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Produce business analysis documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements
  • Support testing and validation of insurance products and services

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience with **SAP FICO**
  • Experience in **SAP S/4HANA migration projects**
  • Strong background in **business analysis within the insurance industry**
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Proven track record in delivering business analysis projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
