- Refine technical specifications with the development team.
- Analyze and optimize internal processes according to provided specifications.
- Facilitate technical meetings to clarify and detail requirements and processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and technical processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure correct implementation of specifications.
- Perform verification and validation of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Test web applications, including API mocking, using tools such as SOAPUI, Insomnia and Postman.
Requirements
- Analysis of technical requirements and processes.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
- Experience with process modeling tools.
- Communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Plus: Knowledge of the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB) and its legal aspects involving motor vehicles.
- Desired certifications: Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or Green Belt).
- CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT).
