About the role

  • Mídia Manager role at AlmapBBDO managing media strategies and team performance. Responsible for planning and overseeing offline media campaigns for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the team, providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient execution of work;
  • Lead strategic planning and client presentations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimization of KPIs;
  • Oversee account operational processes, maintaining compliance and service quality;
  • Stay up to date on trends and innovations in the media and communications market, share knowledge within the team, and foster a culture of continuous learning;
  • Monitor the account budget, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and established packages;
  • Analyze campaign results and KPIs, make strategic adjustments as needed, and share learnings with the team;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and media outlets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or a related field;
  • Knowledge of research and tools (Kantar Monitor, TGI, and Comscore);
  • Knowledge of offline media platforms: comprehensive understanding of buying across various offline media channels, including television, radio, newspapers, magazines, out-of-home (OOH), and others;
  • Data Analysis: advanced ability to interpret data and performance metrics, providing valuable insights to evaluate campaign success and guide future strategies;
  • Media Planning: ability to develop comprehensive and effective media plans, considering available budget, target audience profile, and the most appropriate distribution channels to achieve defined objectives;
  • Negotiation: solid experience negotiating with media owners to secure optimal ad placements and terms, ensuring an optimized return on investment for clients;
  • Project Management: competence in managing multiple media projects simultaneously, from setting goals and deadlines to prioritizing tasks, ensuring on-time delivery;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation execution;
  • Advanced English.
