Responsibilities
Develop and implement the content strategy: Define the company’s content vision and objectives, aligned with business goals.
Manage the content team: Lead and develop a team of writers, editors and content creators, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to produce high-quality content.
Create and curate content: Develop and oversee the production of high-quality content, including copy, video, images and other formats, to meet the needs of the target audience.
Manage the content calendar: Plan and schedule content for multiple channels, including social media, blog, newsletter and others.
Analyze and optimize content performance: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase effectiveness.
Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, communications and product teams to ensure content is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field
Experience in content management and team leadership

Certifications in digital marketing, content management or related areas are a plus.
