About the role

  • Individual basic and treatment care for residents
  • Active daily activities tailored to residents' needs
  • Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care records, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality of care within the team
  • Being a listening ear for residents and their relatives

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional
  • Additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
  • Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to work across all shifts
  • Basic IT affinity
