Responsibilities
- Take full project responsibility for new-build projects from initiation through to completion
- Conduct site analyses — competitive analyses and on-site inspections
- Support planning, contract negotiations and implementation of new-build projects
- Prepare feasibility calculations and business plans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the project phase
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree with a business and/or technical background
- More than 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient with standard MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication and facilitation skills
- Confident and personable demeanor with a solution-oriented and structured working style
