About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and evolution projects for SAP S/4HANA systems, with focus on the PM, PP and QM modules, acting both in project management and as a technical consultant.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, scope and budget.
- Provide business process consulting, including design, optimization and integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Define integration strategies between SAP and external systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and the clean core concept.
- Conduct training and enablement for key users to promote effective adoption of implemented solutions.
- Support clients' digital transformation by aligning technology with industrial processes.
- Act as a link between technical and executive areas, translating business needs into technological solutions.
- Promote agile project management by applying methodologies such as Scrum and SAP Activate.
Requirements
- Experience in IT management and technology, including SAP projects.
- Proven track record in leading complex SAP S/4HANA projects and integration with production and technology systems.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP technologies and modules such as ABAP, PP-DS, CCS-DM, CCS-WM, MRS and SAP PM mobility.
- Relevant certifications in management and technology, including SAP Certified Associate; SAP Activate Project Manager; and SAP Certified Application Associate across various modules (PM, PP, QM, Asset Management, ABAP).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Academic qualifications: Master's degree in Information Systems and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management.
- Fluent in English, with experience in international projects.
