Responsibilities
Support multiple cobrand credit card portfolios by executing engagement campaigns that drive spend, retention, and reactivation of inactive cardholders.
Hands-on campaign execution, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.
Plan and execute new and recurring cardholder engagement campaigns across multiple cobrand products to increase activity and reactivate inactive cardholders.
Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including timelines, coordination, approvals, and launches.
Monitor portfolio performance and key metrics such as engagement, spend, retention, and attrition.
Analyze campaign and portfolio results to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing, analytics, loyalty, or cobrand efforts.
Strong execution and analytical skills, with the ability to connect data to actionable insights.
Experience executing marketing or engagement campaigns.
Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports.
