About the role
- Solutions Architect driving customer success and commercial growth in big data solutions. Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to provide technical advisory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business expansion by identifying and addressing customers' business and technical needs, providing consulting and planning services, formulating solutions, overseeing delivery and implementation, and leading pre-sales POC (Proof of Concept) testing.
- Create customer benchmark projects in industries such as Internet and new economy, develop replicable scenario-based solutions to improve sales efficiency, and cooperate with the marketing team for market promotion.
- Continuously refine the value proposition of the company's products and solutions by analysing the competitive dynamics of industry products such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.
- Keep pace with evolving industry trends and customer needs, maintain close cooperation with the product development team, and promote the continuous innovation and iteration of the company's products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years’ experience working with data warehouses and big data platforms, with a strong understanding of big data technologies and data architecture.
- Proven experience in big data consulting and solution implementation, with the ability to quickly understand customer business scenarios and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, with experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
