Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technical responsibility for maintaining and developing demonstrators for our business development
- Actively follow current trends and developments in Generative AI through continuous research and experimentation with new tools
- Lead or contribute to projects with a focus on technical steering — with particular emphasis on quality assurance in Data Science and Prompt Engineering
- Design and deliver internal training to deepen team knowledge and promote continuous learning across the company
- Actively participate in relevant conferences and deliver presentations to share knowledge and represent the company as an expert
- Support the marketing team in customer acquisition and sales through compelling presentations (pitches) of technical solutions
- Draft architecture diagrams for Generative AI solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related scientific discipline
- Fluent communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel as part of consulting activities
- Experience in developing Generative AI models and applying them in real-world projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, with out-of-the-box thinking
- High commitment to continuous learning and testing new tools and technologies
- Excellent coding and software development skills (Python, object-oriented), experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and familiarity with OpenAI API / Aleph Alpha API and HuggingFace
- Ideally: experience in probabilistic modeling, text processing & NLP, transformers, conversational AI, Stable Diffusion, hardware accelerators, physical computing, operating local (open-source) foundation models & fine-tuning
