Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Client Partners, driving them toward strong quarterly revenue performance across Korea export markets.
Act as the senior point of contact for key advertisers and agencies, nurturing trusted partnerships with decision-makers.
Create and roll out scalable sales strategies and initiatives that boost advertiser acquisition, retention, and long-term value.
Implement and refine operational processes that improve team efficiency and support revenue growth.
Own sales forecasting, performance planning, and data analysis to ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Deliver clear, timely communication and strategic updates across global teams and time zones.
Work closely with cross-functional partners—product, marketing, and operations, to maintain alignment and accelerate opportunities.
Represent Pinterest at industry events, strengthening visibility and positioning Entravision as a key market leader.
Cultivate talent by fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Manage the collaboration with Pinterest’s vendor partner to ensure high-quality operational delivery.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or commercial leadership.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-moving environment.
Professional fluency in both Korean and English.
Proficiency in key sales systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other productivity tools.
