About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure and further develop quality standards in service delivery for Germany and Bulgaria (financial accounting)
- Implement and coordinate the internal control system (IKS/ICS) for financial accounting and payroll
- Provide training and support for creating training materials as well as for technical and process-related questions
- Manage data protection, compliance, and professional regulatory matters
- Take responsibility for internal accounting and for preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Requirements
- Ideally a career background as a bookkeeper, certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or tax clerk with experience in quality and process management
- Solid knowledge of accounting (DATEV), financial statements and tax law
- Strong affinity for standardization, digital processes and automation to increase efficiency in the finance function
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
- Practical, solution-oriented working style focused on optimization, with flexibility for both strategic and operational tasks
