About the role

  • Office Administrator supporting Global Financial Crime team with administrative tasks and project management. Ensuring proper communication, coordination, and support for multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Prepare responses to routine inquiries
  • File and log referrals to the team
  • Administer the Third-Party Providers (TPP) Committee
  • Schedule meetings involving multiple teams and senior leaders
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate travel logistics
  • Support GFC project management by tracking outstanding actions and following up with action owners
  • Support GFC information requests by collating responses and following up with non-responders.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of general office/administrative work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently or with a team.
