About the role

  • Senior Identity & Active Directory Engineer leading assessments and upgrades in a hybrid IT services environment focused on Active Directory and identity management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assessment and analysis of domain controllers across the AD forest.
  • Plan and guide upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of domain controllers.
  • Analyze legacy PKI usage and migrate certificates to Microsoft PKI services.
  • Design future directory and identity service offerings based on technical analysis.
  • Define engineered designs with full technical documentation.
  • Perform domain controller consolidation while maintaining domain health.
  • Clean up AD objects, GPOs, and replication topology.
  • Troubleshoot AD, DNS, and PKI issues and remediate risks.
  • Document configurations, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience designing and integrating hybrid LDAP environments with 40,000+ users.
  • Strong background in AD infrastructure and logical design.
  • Experience leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Experience working with vendors in outsourced environments.
