Requirements
- 10+ years experience in senior technical or engineering leadership roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale digital, experience or technology platforms across multiple clients or programs
- Strong architecture capability across modern web, cloud, integration, data and experience platforms
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling teams across on-shore and off-shore delivery models
- Deep interest in emerging technology, including AI
- Strong commercial acumen
