About the role

  • HR Analyst responsible for personnel administration and payroll processes at Ajinomoto's Center of Excellence. Focused on quality service for internal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for personnel administration processes, including:
  • Monitoring the annual and monthly vacation schedule and performing related calculations;
  • Monthly processing of the electronic timekeeping system and related calculations;
  • Onboarding, including entering employees into the Sênior/SAP system;
  • Processing terminations, including settlement calculations;
  • Organizing and filing documents related to personnel administration for the São Paulo unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Knowledge of payroll processes;
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Payroll systems (preferably SAP or Sênior);
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
