About the role

  • Marketing Assistant supporting and assisting in marketing strategies at AJC International in a hybrid role. Collaborating with a skilled marketing team in a fast-paced environment in Porto Alegre.

Responsibilities

  • Join a dynamic and highly skilled marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required; Spanish is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Journalism.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Social Media and Email Marketing; B2B experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe design tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail (writing samples will be required).
  • Ability to take initiative and drive problem resolution at the project level.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Open-minded, ambitious, and an independent thinker.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with management, peers, vendors, and partners across different teams.
