About the role
- Nursing professional responsible for 24-hour care for a special needs child. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring individual care needs are met in a loving home environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of non-invasive vital signs, including epilepsy and oxygen monitoring
- Basic and therapeutic nursing care tailored to the child's individual needs

- Independent nursing documentation
- Participation in interdisciplinary collaboration with parents, therapists, and physicians
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or registered nurse)
- Specialist training or professional experience in out-of-hospital (home-based) intensive care — ideal but not mandatory
- Calm demeanour, patience, and empathy
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
