About the role

• Software Engineer responsible for design and development of features for Aircall's AI-powered customer communications platform. Integrating services and tools to add value and improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features
• Operational excellence, metrics, observability, and best practices as part of daily jobs
• Help drive quality, excellence, and agility in delivery processes
• Build and integrate services on top of voice and with customer’s business tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …)

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in back-end development
• Proficiency in TypeScript & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or similar languages
• Extensive experience with AWS in a production environment
• Experience working on frontend applications is a big plus (preferably with React)
• Value code simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability
• Effective proactive communication skills to collaborate with diverse profiles
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and architectures.
