About the role

• Consultant IT Infrastruktur / Linux ensuring the operation of Linux-based infrastructure and automating processes with IaC. Collaborate with clients on IT security incidents while managing Linux systems in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure
• Deploy and maintain networks, server services and storage systems
• Implement security measures and manage patching
• Advance automation of operational processes using IaC, e.g. with Ansible or shell scripts
• Support our clients during IT security incidents with technical expertise, e.g. log analysis, system isolation or recovery

Requirements

• Professional experience in system integration or Linux administration – motivation is what matters
• Basic knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and containerization
• Team player, especially when collaborating with other technical roles
• Careful and pragmatic approach in emergency situations
• Very good presentation and communication skills in German
