Responsibilities
Represent the front office manager in their absence
Lead the reception team effectively
Onboard and train apprentices and students
Staff planning and preparation of duty and vacation schedules
Handle all formalities during check-in and check-out
Professionally manage guest complaints and claims
Maintain internal communication with other hotel departments
Prepare daily reconciliations using Fidelio Suite 8 as well as monthly closings
Requirements
Relevant vocational qualification in hospitality
Professional experience in the described role
Confident, professional manner with guests and a very friendly attitude
Organized and able to work independently
Confident computer skills
Experience with Fidelio Suite 8 is desirable (training can be provided if necessary)
