About the role
- Agriculture Advisor guiding clients in full cultivation in the Netherlands. Combining technical advice with sales to enhance client profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Je adviseert klanten op teelt-technisch gebied en je denkt mee in de ontwikkeling van het bedrijf, waarbij het rendement van de klant voorop staat;
- Je spreekt de taal van onze klanten en je voelt je thuis op hun erf en bij hen aan de keukentafel;
- Je maakt plannen voor een succesvolle teelt, je volgt nauwlettend de voortgang in het veld tijdens het groeiseizoen en waar nodig stuur je bij;
- Je weet advies en verkoop effectief te combineren en bent actief in het uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille;
- Je signaleert belangrijke ontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen in de markt en bespreekt deze binnen jouw team en bij klanten;
- Samen met je gedreven collega’s ben je de motor voor de continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening aan akkerbouwers en groentetelers.
Requirements
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Bij voorkeur heb je een agrarische opleiding gevolgd
- Kennis van de agrarische sector en affiniteit met vollegrondsteelt
- Je bent op de hoogte van recente marktontwikkelingen en je draagt kennis en plezier uit in het belang van de akkerbouw en/of groenteteler
- Je bent woonachtig in het werkgebied.
