About the role

  • Marketing Analyst II at Agis executing various online and offline events for clients. Focused on strategic planning and stakeholder engagement in technology distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, present and execute end-to-end a variety of event formats (online and in-person) in an agile and strategic manner, reflecting an objective-driven approach and aligned with internal and external client expectations.
  • Organize company-owned events and third-party events (manufacturers and/or trade shows/exhibitions).
  • Prepare quotes/budgets, contract and guide vendors/suppliers during event execution.
  • Develop sponsorship presentations and post-event documentation/reporting for executed events.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and calendars.
  • Event experience is essential.
  • B2B event experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education: Marketing, Advertising, or other related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and experience managing budgets.
  • High organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented focus.
