Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers; oversee team operations.
- Define and own team processes (in concert with other divisional PM leaders), including gated development workflows and cross-functional collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and improve team acumen by planning and implementing partnerships, mentoring, and formal training programs.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and resource needs based on a deep understanding of team functions and business needs.
- Exercise autonomy in resolving operational challenges and provide guidance on complex situations and assignments.
- Make decisions on conflicting priorities in consultation with business partners and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate internally and externally on topics related to organizational goals and processes.
- Lead projects or initiatives with impact beyond the immediate team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) with relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience formally leading people, projects, or programs
- 10+ years of experience working on product delivery teams as a product manager, technical product manager, product owner, project manager, or similar role
- Experience in at least 2 of the following product areas: consumables, services, hardware, software
- Working knowledge of an analytical laboratory is a plus.
