Responsibilities
Support new and existing customers with Pathology solutions
Provide pre-sales scientific consultation to educate customers
Assist with presentations and technical meetings

Facilitate smooth installation processes of instrumentation
Provide on-site training and optimization assistance to customers
Troubleshoot and support customers remotely
Evaluate strategies for product ramp up prior to release
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences
2+ years' experience in a Histology/Pathology Laboratory
Proficient in Microsoft Word applications
Excellent attention to detail
Strong oral and written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Experience in technical support for field sales is a plus
