Responsibilities
Plan and manage marketing campaigns to drive lead generation in the DACH market
Use a mix of marketing channels to build awareness and move prospects through the funnel
Collaborate with headquarters to execute localized performance marketing campaigns and strategically place content across various media
Optimize new and existing partnerships in coordination with the Partnerships team
Manage field and regional events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and speaker coordination
Communicate plans and details across teams to build strong relationships and alignment
Analyze KPIs and insights to target prospects effectively and optimize campaign performance
Stay informed on industry trends to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously refine activities to maximize ROI and focus on demo and MRR (monthly recurring revenue) generation
Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective enablement and follow-up
Build and promote the Agicap brand as a leading authority in cash‑flow management software in the DACH market
Independently manage projects, including customer video testimonials, from requirements gathering through to completion
Requirements
Fluency in German with strong business proficiency; professional working proficiency in English is required
3–5 years of experience in a fast‑moving environment, preferably in B2B SaaS with a focus on mid‑market companies
Strong sales-oriented mindset
Excellent project management skills and outstanding communication abilities
Ambitious, goal-driven, and hands-on approach
Proven ability to work independently and in a structured way, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
