Responsibilities

- Drive integrated Dev + QA delivery, with clear ownership of quality, timelines, and release health.
- Manage and coach Engineering Managers, ensuring alignment on delivery execution, talent development, performance management, and organizational goals.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership, guiding design decisions, scalability, and long‑term platform health.
- Champion engineering excellence across CI/CD, automation, security, performance, and operational reliability.
- Own production readiness and operational outcomes, including incident management and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary engineering partner for stakeholders, offering clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade‑offs.
- Build and scale high‑performing teams through hiring, mentoring, succession planning, and capacity management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in technical leadership or people management roles.
- Proven experience leading integrated (Dev + QA) deliveries across complex initiatives or multiple teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing people managers, with accountability for team performance, growth, and succession planning.
- Strong hands ‑ on background with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, and Selenium.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server and T‑SQL.
- Solid understanding of C# development concepts, including multi‑threading, .NET data structures, and object‑oriented design principles.
- Demonstrated experience balancing delivery commitments with long‑term technical health, maintainability, and platform scalability.
- Strong belief in and experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Track record of building, growing, and retaining high‑performing engineering teams.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams across geographies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
