About the role
- Senior IT Administrator responsible for IT projects for healthcare institutions in Germany. Implementing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring security, and supporting end-users.
Responsibilities
- You independently plan, manage and implement IT projects — from concept to successful roll-out
- You install, configure and maintain network, hardware and software solutions
- You ensure the security and integrity of systems by adhering to applicable security policies and measures
- You analyze incidents and provide solutions as part of 2nd-level support via our ticketing system
- You monitor network and system performance and resolve issues quickly and reliably
- You are responsible for documenting IT systems and ensuring compliance with service-oriented processes in line with ITIL
- You coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in IT or possess an equivalent qualification
- You bring several years of experience in system administration and are familiar with complex IT environments
- You have excellent knowledge of operating systems as well as Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family
- You have solid experience in virtualization and operating complex networks
- You have a good understanding of IT security and modern workplace solutions
- You are interested in IT systems in healthcare and want to actively shape digitalization in hospitals
- You present yourself confidently, enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and show initiative
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
