About the role
- System Administrator overseeing data backup and recovery, and managing Linux systems and OpenVPN connections. Part of a hybrid workplace with direct support from a great team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily backups and assist with data restoration
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems in production
- Set up and manage OpenVPN connections for internal and external users
- Support administration and maintenance of virtual machines in a Proxmox environment
- Handle and document support requests in the ticketing system and provide first-line resolution for common IT issues
