About the role

  • Administration & Sales Intern at Holistiq Health Group, supporting operations and managing client interactions in a healthtech startup. Engaging in scheduling, client queries, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team and clients with scheduling appointments with doctors and therapists
  • Conduct intake interviews with our leads
  • Serve as the point of contact for various client inquiries via email and phone
  • Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and nutritional supplements
  • Assist with billing and general administration

Requirements

  • Experience in administration/operations or finance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with new software
  • Reliable and discreet with sensitive data
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in medical administration is a plus
