Responsibilities
Implement and monitor tracking and integrations between the CDP, CRM and digital channels;
Support the operation and evolution of Afya's CRM and CDP platforms, with a focus on Braze and Segment, contributing to the creation of automated journeys, intelligent segmentation and system integrations;
Create and optimize personalized segmentation and journeys at scale;
Support the standardization of events and attributes for user unification;
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI) to generate actionable insights;
Contribute ideas for campaign optimization and A/B testing;
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data teams on the execution of Martech projects;
Document and standardize operational best practices, ensuring team scalability;
Serve as the link between data and operations, translating information into concrete actions;
Lead high-impact tactical projects with autonomy and minimal supervision.
Requirements
Previous experience in CRM, automation and analytics;
Knowledge of CDPs and familiarity with integrations via APIs;
Analytical skills to generate insights and make data-driven decisions;
Strong communication skills to work with different areas and cross-functional teams;
Hands-on, proactive and results-oriented profile;
Knowledge of SQL or data manipulation tools;
Experience in A/B testing, digital campaign optimization and personalization;
Experience with CDPs and CRMs at scale;
Understanding of data architecture applied to marketing;
Hands-on experience with Braze and Segment;
Experience with audience orchestration, journey personalization and integrations between martech tools.
