Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting our strategic and space related business programs
Work closely with program management, operational leaders, and internal and external customers
Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
Perform data gathering and analysis to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures
Prepare future strategic plans
Analyze business processes and make recommendations to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement
Prepare and track key performance metrics to direct management
Requirements
6 or more years of finance experience in lieu of degree
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of experience; or Master’s degree in related field with 0 year of experience
Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheet applications and databases (e.g. MS Excel and MS Power Point)
Ability to extract, compile, document and analyze data
Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with others
Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
Independent self-starter and proactive contributor
Seeks to continually improve business processes and add value
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in order to meet deadlines
Organize deliverables in a clean and presentable format
