Responsibilities
Define, lead and execute B2B strategy in 19 markets
Utilize unique market data in marketing and lead generation activity
Create engaging campaigns
Collaborate with a US-based B2B exec and support from the wider Marketing team
Hands on execution of the B2B strategy
Develop Account Based Marketing plans
Lead post-campaign follow-up for B2B marketing activity
Proactively develop and nurture the prospect database
Requirements
Enterprise B2B marketing experience
Building full-funnel B2B marketing plans
Strong analytical mindset
B2B performance marketing expertise
Strong track record in B2B marketing ideally within HR tech, SaaS or similar sectors
Confident assessing and validating new paid channels
Solid cross channel thinking
Strong operations capabilities
Experience managing a small team (1-2 people)
Open-minded and curious approach to emerging tools and technologies
