Requirements
8-12 years of experience in Sales with focus on the Services / Consulting business
Strong experience in performing sales planning and pipeline management
Proven experience in negotiating engagement pricing and contractual agreements
Understanding of Custom Consulting and Subscription Services
Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling
Developing and maintaining strong relationships at both C-level and functional levels
The highest work standards and structured methodologies
Ability to multi-task within tight time frames
Detailed planning and control skills
Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
Deep understanding of digital marketing or adjacent domains
