Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales strategy and execution for key customers
  • Help shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital marketing consultancy
  • Build a vision of customers' Digital Transformation
  • Negotiate and contract consulting engagements
  • Collaborate intensively with project delivery teams

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Sales with focus on the Services / Consulting business
  • Strong experience in performing sales planning and pipeline management
  • Proven experience in negotiating engagement pricing and contractual agreements
  • Understanding of Custom Consulting and Subscription Services
  • Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and experience of value-based selling
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships at both C-level and functional levels
  • The highest work standards and structured methodologies
  • Ability to multi-task within tight time frames
  • Detailed planning and control skills
  • Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing or adjacent domains
