About the role
- Senior Demo Strategist overseeing demo strategy for Adobe Journey Optimizer and other products. Collaborating with global teams to enhance demo effectiveness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2C & B2B), Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps
- Develop demos across our three-tier model (video, clickable, live)
- Own demo environment strategy and tooling (Demo System Next, Walnut, Consensus)
- Lead Agentic Apps demo readiness—curating scripts and prompt libraries that showcase advanced agent capabilities
- Champion discoverability through Demo Hub, actively enable the global field on new offerings
- Manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries—driving alignment, mitigating risks, and owning critical metrics reporting on demo effectiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role
- Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms (Adobe experience preferred)
- Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem
- Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams
- Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
- Strong academic credentials including a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Information Technology, and an MBA or equivalent experience.
- PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.
