About the role

  • Senior Program Manager driving transformation within Adobe’s Global Talent Acquisition. Leading capability initiatives and cross-functional collaborations for strategic impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop important transformation projects
  • Ensure talent acquisition teams have the skills and tools required to act as strategic talent advisors
  • Build scalable enablement frameworks across the hiring lifecycle
  • Partner closely with senior GTA leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear messaging and resources
  • Establish program success indicators and assess impact
  • Manage and develop additional capability programs supporting the GTA Advisor vision

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR program management
  • Previous experience working within a talent acquisition function (e.g., full-cycle recruiting)
  • Executive presence and strong collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and growing enablement programs
  • A data-informed approach, with experience defining success metrics
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced transformation environment
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled tools in recruiting or HR
