Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Learning & Development, Risk Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing corporate training programs, compliance education, or learning and development initiatives.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated experience using AI to develop, deliver, or optimize corporate learning programs and internal messaging.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that engage diverse global audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
