About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating sales leads for Adobe's Customer Experience Orchestration team. Engaging customers through meaningful conversations to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets to support territory revenue goals and pipeline linearity
  • Build awareness within target accounts through ongoing email campaigns and drive attendance to live events and online webinars
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop opportunities for Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration products
  • Confidently handle and overcome prospect objections
  • Develop trusted relationships and collaborate effectively within the sales ecosystem (AEs, marketing, and partners)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe’s solutions and competitive positioning in the marketplace

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a metrics-driven sales environment
  • Experience accurately managing lead and account data in a CRM system
  • Prior experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation
  • Strong phone presence with excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with modern sales prospecting tools and techniques
  • High level of motivation driven by both individual and team success
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility within a growing and evolving sales organization
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to support marketing events or tradeshows
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
