Responsibilities
- Work with internal client teams and their clients to scope analytical approaches
- Coach, manage and mentor junior team members while ensuring quality of analytics deliverables
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve business processes
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders
- Manage agile analytics process, including sprints and planning
- Collaborate with Strategy team to develop actionable strategies based on data analysis
- Proactively identify Data Science approaches/projects
Requirements
- Numerical/Data Science degree or equivalent
- Expert programming skills in R, SQL, Python, Java
- Expert knowledge of analytical platforms (Azure/Databricks, AWS, Google Analytics, H2O.ai, DataRobot)
- Experience with Github and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Digital industry experience with client management/consulting background
- Strong communication skills - able to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Self-motivated, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach with strong relationship-building skills
