About the role

  • Account Manager at adm Indicia overseeing client account management and project execution across various marketing programs. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, overseeing project execution across print, point-of-sale (POS), and promotional programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, building and maintaining trusted partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sale process for the client - from initial briefs and quoting to proof approvals, production, quality standards, and final delivery of all items.
  • Track and analyze program performance, generating regular updates/reports to client and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing account management role.
  • Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including direct vendor communication and issue resolution.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to assess the big picture and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong project or order management skills, with exceptional organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
  • Experience managing print, promotional products, and/or POS programs - highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites 1-2 times per month or as needed.
