Responsibilities

  • Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum 18 months retail environment experience.
  • Minimum 12 months people management experience.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
