Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and specification goals are achieved.

- Oversee project timelines and milestones from initiation through delivery to meet commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including software, hardware, quality, and test engineering—to prioritize tasks and deliver new or enhanced products and services.
- Provide leadership and clear communication of expectations to project team members and stakeholders, fostering alignment with company culture and setting high standards for performance, quality, and accountability.
- Identify and resolve project issues, implementing solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in or lead segments of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to support new business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operating standards; interpret organizational guidelines as they apply to projects.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years Program/Project Management or related work experience
- 3+ years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials
- 3+ years of experience managing integrated software and hardware projects, preferred
- 3+ years of experience with project management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc., preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization, preferred
