About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for HVAC and Building Automation System sales in Texas and surrounding areas. Identifying and maintaining strategic relationships with contractors and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with Consultants, General Contractors, Developers, and Property Owners
  • Coordinate the involvement of Company personnel to meet growth objectives
  • Promote Distech in the market by working with Consulting Engineers and Architects
  • Participate in various project management activities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads and opportunities utilizing CRM

Requirements

  • 5 years of HVAC and/or Building Automation System sales management experience
  • Sales Management experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities
  • Personal computer proficiency and excels in MS Office Applications
  • Existing relationships with General Contractors, Consultants, and Developers
  • Ability to speak 'up and down' the channel/construction cycle
