About the role

  • Marketing Manager at Mosaic overseeing retail marketing initiatives focused on first-party hardware. Responsible for campaign planning, execution, and management in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development process for applicable retail creative assets, from initial briefing and feedback provision through to final execution and deployment across Canadian retailers, for up to five (5) major retail campaigns.
  • Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining our client Products' presence on Canadian retailers' platforms.
  • Spearhead annual vendor negotiations with Canadian retail partners to secure optimal terms, funding, and support for all Product marketing initiatives.
  • Offer requisite support to third-party media agencies for the execution and optimization of paid search, display, and brand marketing campaigns across Canadian retailers.
  • Generate insights regarding competitor activities and strategically adjust the retail plan to maintain market leadership and drive sell-through performance.
  • Provide support to the retail field team for in-store advocacy and selling activities to promote sell-through.
  • Manage the comprehensive channel marketing budget for Products across all Canadian retailers, necessitating quarterly updates and budget reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on event management and experiential marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget management experience and proficiency in marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and relevant marketing software.
