Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and controlling projects, actively tracking progress against established schedules and budgets, and identifying variances to proactively communicate to leadership
Support the implementation and optimization of project tracking processes and tools, contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of area practices
Assist with updating and maintaining the project database, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information for analyses and reports
Contribute to the prioritization of initiatives and efficient allocation of resources
Facilitate communication and collaboration with different teams and stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for collecting and disseminating information
Provide analytical support to projects by producing reports and dashboards, and proposing preventive and corrective actions based on data
Support the identification and documentation of risks and impediments that may impact project schedules or budgets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (preferably Advanced, especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Critical thinking and data-driven decision making
Desire for continuous learning and professional development
Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PCP)
Knowledge of SAP (PP/MM modules)
Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Experience in dynamic environments and with product projects is desirable
