About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Aceve focusing on onboarding and ongoing collaboration for installation companies. Helping clients maximize their use of KlarPris in construction and trades.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through their implementation journey
  • Configure KlarPris according to each customer's needs, suppliers, and workflows
  • Share best practices and industry tips to help users get the most out of the platform
  • Conduct online training sessions, workshops, and ongoing check-ins
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact before, during, and after setup
  • Document customer feedback and share insights with our Product team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, software implementation or onboarding.
  • Background in or strong familiarity with the installation industry (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC sector).
  • Communicates confidently with both hands-on professionals and system administrators.
  • Structured, proactive, and thrives on creating order and delivering value.
  • Speaks and writes fluent Danish and comfortable communicating in English.
